HOW I WORK
Having spent the past four and a half years training clients and delivering educational seminars on behalf of Ultimate Performance in London - I'm now back personal training in the Crawley & Sussex area. Please see below for a brief synopsis of how I work.
I base my business on the fact that I practice what I preach, and I understand what my clients are going through. I'm not a 'textbook' trainer.
Most personal trainers fail because they haven't made serious changes themselves, they've never added a significant amount of muscle or got down to single digit body fat levels.
Because of this, they don't know what their clients are going through, they don't understand the highs and lows of dieting and the effects it can have physiologically as well as psychologically.
One of the main attributes all top level Personal Trainers have is that they're able to really understand how their client works, and can then use that to help drive them. You may have the perfect exercise plan, the latest supplement protocol, but if you're not motivated and driven then your results will be sub-par.
This is the key to the success I have with my clients. I've been there and I know how it feels - how tempting it is to have a lie-in and skip your cardio, to give up on your diet etc.
